Accepted

Subscriptions that have been accepted and do not require upfront payment are displayed in the Accepted tab.

The Run Current Close button will not be enabled if you have a capital call that is still in progress.

Running a Close

Using the Portal

To issue the accepted lots, run a close on the accepted subscriptions:

1. In the Accepted tab, click Run Current Close.

2. Click Confirm.

The lots move to the All Transactions screen for the fund. Click All Transactions in the left panel to view issued lots.
