Editing Your User Profile

Use the User Profile page for the following tasks:

• changing personal information

  • name

  • primary location

• changing authentication information

  • email address

  • mobile phone number

  • password

  • 2FA setting

• setting primary contact information

• viewing your login history

Viewing Your User Profile

To view your user profile:

1. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.

1. Select User Profile from the dropdown menu.

Changing Personal Information

Personal information includes your name and primary employment location. To make changes:

1. Click Edit in the Personal Information section of your user profile.

1. Make necessary changes.

2. Click Save.

Changing Authentication Information

Authentication information includes your email address, mobile phone number, password, and two-step authentication settings.

Primary Email

1. Click the Change link.

2. Make changes.

3. Enter your password to confirm the action.

4. Click Confirm.

Password

1. Click the Change Password link.

2. Enter your old password.

3. Enter your new password.

4. Confirm your new password.

5. Click Confirm.

Mobile Phone Number

1. Click the Change link in the Mobile Phone Number section.

2. Enter your mobile phone number.

3. Enter your password to confirm the action.

4. Click Confirm.

2-Step Authentication (2FA)

To enable 2-step authentication:

1. Make sure the correct number is displayed under Mobile Phone Number.

2. Click the Turn On 2-Step Authentication link.

3. Enter your password to confirm the action.

4. Click Confirm.

5. Enter the code sent to your mobile phone.

6. Click Send Code.

To disable 2-step authentication:

1. Click the Turn Off 2-Step Authentication link.

2. Enter your password to confirm the action.

3. Click Confirm.

4. Enter the code sent to your mobile phone.

5. Click Send Code.

Changing Primary Contact Information

To set or change primary contact information:

1. Click the Change link in the Primary Contact Information section.

2. Make changes.

3. Click Save.

View Your Login History

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view login history.
