Correlated Lot IDs (Correlated Asset IDs)

Manage correlated lot IDs from the Lot Details page.

Adding a Correlated Lot ID

Using the Portal

To add a lot correlation ID:

1. Click Correlated Lot IDs List in the Lot Details page.

1. Click Add Correlated Identifier.

1. Use the following guidelines to complete the form:

Item	What to do
Correlated Security ID	Enter the unique ID to assign.
Origin	(Optional) Select from the list of available origins to indicate the system that generated the ID. Contact Corastone support to configure additional origins.
Broadcast to counterparties	Clear this option if you do not want to share this ID with other participants.

1. Click Confirm.

Deleting a Lot Correlation ID

Using the Portal

To delete a lot correlation ID:

1. Click Other Lot IDs List in the Lot Details page.

1. Click the delete icon next to the ID to be deleted.

2. Click Confirm.
