How to send another invite when someone doesn't respond
To access this feature, you must log into the Corastone portal with a user account that has:
Tech Support user role
Internal or External user type
If a user misplaces an invitation or the invitation expires before being accepted, you can send another invitation.
Search the User Management page for the user's entry.
Click the User ID link.
Click Resend Invite.
