How to remove a user
To access this feature, you must log into the Corastone portal with a user account that has:
Tech Support user role
Internal or External user type
To permanently remove access to the portal, you can archive the user and their data.
Search the User Management page for the user's entry.
Click the User ID link.
Click Delete User.
Future attempts to reactivate this user will require assistance from Corastone supportenvelope.
