Approving Recalls (Withdrawals)

If an investor decides not to continue with the subscription (recall), the entry moves to the Withdrawn tab.

To accept or reject the withdrawal:

1. In the Fund List, navigate to the fund associated with the withdrawn subscription.

1. Click the Withdrawn tab.

1. Click the Lot ID link for the withdrawn subscription.

1. Click Accept Withdrawal or Reject Withdrawal.

2. Click Confirm.

If you click Accept Withdrawal, the lot will be disposed.

If you click Reject Withdrawal, the lot will return to its prior status and move to the corresponding portal tab.
