Firms can associate a back-office identifier with an order added to the platform. This identifier is called a security correlation ID. This association means there is no need to record and track Corastone identifiers.

You can confirm that the correct correlation ID has been applied by:

• searching for it

• displaying it from the Lot Details page

1. Find the order of interest.

2. Click the Other Lot IDs List.

Subscription documents are listed in the Lot Details page. To view the list of documents associated with an order:

Subscription Documents are listed by name.

When an investing org amends an order and resubmits it, the order returns to the Subscriptions Received tab with a status of Remediated.

Click the lot ID link to review the revisions and confirm that it is now in good order.
