Viewing Failed Transactions

To access this feature, you must log into the Corastone portal with a user account that has:

  • Tech Support user role

  • Internal or External user type

Use the Failed Transactions page to review errors associated with failed transactions:

  1. In the Corastone portal, click Failed Transactions.

  2. Click Single or Batch to view either single or batch errors.

  3. Click an error ID to view the details for that error.

  1. Click the See Provided Data link to review the data that triggered the error.

  2. Once you no longer want the error to appear in the Single or Batch list, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Mark as Resolved.
