Managing Team Members (User Access List)

To access this feature, you must log into the Corastone portal with a user account that has:

  • Management user role

  • Internal or External user type

Use the User Access List page to manage fund access for other members of your organization.

Team members must already have an Corastone login. Users with the Tech Support role can invite team members from the User Management page.

You can:

  • grant access to the fund

  • select permissions for each page

  • remove access to the fund

Granting Access to a Fund

To give a team member access to a fund:

  1. In the Funds list, click the fund name.

  2. Click User Access List in the side panel.

  1. Click Assign User.

  1. Enter the name or email of the user.

  2. Select the matching record from the dropdown.

  3. Click Confirm.

  1. Edit permissions as needed.

All pages are set to View by default for Standard users.

  1. Click Save.

Removing Access to a Fund

  1. In the Funds list, click the fund name.

  2. Click User Access List in the side panel.

  1. Click the delete icon on the right side of the entry for the user.

  1. Click Confirm.

Setting Permissions for a Fund

Permissions are set per page:

  • No Access

  • View

  • Edit

  • Approve

All pages are set to View by default.

To make changes:

  1. If the Permissions screen is not already displayed, go to the User Access List for the fund.

  2. Select the entry for the user whose permissions need to change.

  1. Select the preferred access for each page.

Use the Clone Permissions from Existing User link to quickly apply the same set of permissions held by an existing user.

  1. Click Save.
